What if a member gets 100% warn ? It's a temporary ban, or a never to return one ? How is it measured - the punishment after 100% warn ?

Alternatively, if you decide that you don't wish to cooperate with the community, your warn level may eventually get to 100%, or for any other reason an administrator feels that a punishment is neccessary, this is a list of other punishments you may encounter:

    * Minor - deletion, closing, or editing of offending topics/posts.
    * Minor - slight reduction of post count/minerals with verbal PM warning.
    * Minor - short term suspension (~3 days)
    * Moderate - warn level increases
    * Moderate - fining of minerals and post count (far into negatives if necessary)
    * Moderate - average suspension (~7 days)
    * Severe - loss of Regular/Elite status (if applicable)
    * Severe - multiple warn level increases
    * Severe - long term account suspension (14+ days)
    * Severe - account termination
    * Severe - IP banning
    * Severe - file complaint with your ISP

So once you reach 100% warn level, you will most likely not like the outcome.

You will be suspended.

Then if the Admin hates you, you get another suspention then ban.

If you're a suckup like Devilesk, you can get 3+ suspensions, and not get banned. At least until he tried spreading OSmap around (Even then, he still may be here)

He's not.
And there's no rule book of 100% Warn. If you get 100% warn worth flamming it's probably less severe than a few oversized sigs. You won't get banned unless you basically spam an entire fourm telling a member to suck your penis.

It's all loosely defined. Nobody gets to 100% without a suspension but they vary from a day to a month depending on what your reputation with us is.

Permanent bans are generally done when we get completely fed up with you.

What happens at 100% varies from person to person. A number of factors come into play, such as number and nature of offenses, whether or not you'll actually change/listen, and the length of time the offenses occurred over.
