Okay I know they have this in the tutorials already, but, each time I do this it works but then it fails. Im using the Zergling as the HP, its life is 1. When hydras attack, they miss and they keep on shooting till they actually kill it. Ill put in the map, also it has a short cutscene with the unit, the map is 256x256.

If you're using the mineral method be sure to subtract everytime it attacks.

Sorry I didnt clarify it, okay when I ment, the hydras attack and miss but keep shooting until they kill the Zergling. The Hydras are P7, im trying to make it so P7 can kill the unit without shooting twice and missing. Im not sure if its that the HP is burrowed under another unit or it might b something else.

then make hydra dmg higher if there missing.

Reason hydras missing is because unit is always moving under marine. Like hypers making it move extra fast under unit meaning hydras will miss.

Without even playing the map I can tell you what's wrong. The zergling is being moved too quickly, the hydralisks don't attack fast enough to hit it. To fix it add some sort of delay to the trigger that moves the zergling. (something as simple as "Wait 1000 milliseconds" could work)

I downloded the map and played it and found that I was correct. I spotted another bug, too. Try getting near the enemy and walking to the right and you'll see what I mean.
