How do you copy/paste in SCMD2? I don't see a copy button, and I can't select terrain all it does is go over what I have on the map.

Just go to the terrain layer and right click or select Copy/Cut/Paste from the terrain menu. (Where you select isometrical, rectangular, etc.) Then you can drag over terrain and press Ctrl+C or Edit > Copy or whatever.

When you copy it copies all of the triggers then when you paste it pastes all of the triggers down. You just have to delete the ones you dont want, or you could just save them then delete and save again!

dude, where in that post did he mention triggers, he's obviously talking about terrain.

to copy and paste, select the copy/paste/cut(or w/e order its in), then make a square over the terrain you want, press ctrl+c, then ctrl+v. only after you press ctrl+v will you see the cutout of your terrain. now, just click whereever you want your terrain to be pasted.

Yes. I think you can even do it with different tilesets, but it's probably gonna be useless (since the tiles are probably not gonna correspond).

You can copy/paste between anything: even if you have 2 instances of SCMD2 running, you can copy and paste between them. SCMD2 can copy and paste everything except for internal isometrical data (which would be pretty useless in many cases) and locations.

nope, can't do it between different tilesets, but you can do it with the same one.
if you try to do it between different tilesets, you'll get the 'equilevant' tiles from the copy-to map's tileset and some null tiles.

c/p is the same as before. just copy from one map, open the window of another map, ctrl+v, and voila.
