Usually I had a bug that everything in SC change colours when I minimize/restore size a lot of times, but now it's colour-bugged when I turn it on. Any ideas on how to fix it without reinstalling SC ?

I get that all the time, but as soon as i join a game it stops :S
Try changing resolution, play around with it

is this the colour bug where in water you get colours such as purple blue and others?

Not only in water, allmost everywhere.
By the way, www.com.au, when I start a game it's really OK
