So the game Naruto RPG-Beginnings is a map with mod? cuz the unit can be killed in statis field when I freeze them

Disabling invincibility constantly should make stasis fielded units able to be hurt again.

You could just try doing "Disable invincibility for all units owned by current player at location anywhere."
