Introduction / Objectives

3rd level in my campaign in the works: Empire Wars.  Prevent any Protoss unit from escaping (going past a red beacon) and destroying all 3 Protoss bases.  Later on, destroy the Zerg base and prevent any enemy Zerg units from breaking through your defenses (going past a red beacon).  Duran must survive.

Empire Wars? Haven't heard of it.

When I saw it at first I thought it was a Star Wars map.
Could you explain a little more on the first two installments of the campaign?

Ah, you've stumbled upon a good point that I've apparently overlooked.

My apologies.

The first level of Empire Wars can be found here. I will be posting level 2 (after I alpha test it a couple times) tomorrow or Thursday. Basically, you fight the "boss" at the end of level 1 (hologram) in level 2 along with a sizable Protoss base. One of those half-senseless "kill-em-all" missions that all campaigns have loads of. I've spiced up a little bit though.

EDIT:
I will be posting a "preview" or "demo" of Empire Wars soon. The demo will include the first 3 levels plus (most likely) a Cinematic/Story level.

pretty interesting. there were some glitches but overal solid map. however the link in your first post, the download at the bottom, doesn't work.

Thanks! I've fixed elements of the map, such as resource and tech balance.

What were the specific glitches you found?

It's no good mentioning there's something wrong with the map unless you can identify what is wrong with the map so I can fix it!

I've given my feedback through PMs already. I've tested a couple of them and I'll gladly test more. I think I told you that I was really busy for the last two weeks, but things have slowed down for now and I'll have a lot more free time.
