I posted a map in UMS and it does not work. What did I do wrong? The map is located here:

I cannot even touch it. Does it have to go through some sort of test?

You have to wait some time. Usually from a fiew days to a week.

Each file is looked at and approved or denied individually by a DLDB Keeper. Unfortunately, this takes a bit of time.
