After testing this a gew times i have finally found out an innovative way to ban in a game. Upgrading! To do this there can be up to four players in a map. To do this you need a few triggers. The first one is.
Conditions:
Always.
Actions:
Add death count 1 for player * of ( unit ).
The second one is.
Conditions:
Death count is 12 of ( unit ).
Actions:
Set gas for player * to 4.
The third is.
Conditions:
Player 1 accumulates 3 gas.
Actions:
Defeat for Player 1.
You have to have an armory to do this because it has four upgrades.
Set the gas cost for the upgrades to 1, 2, 3, and 4.
You will know what player you are banning because of the gas cost of the upgrade.
To detect you have to have the gas of the banning player to 4.
Then the detection is done by the accumlation of the gas.
It sounds like it works, but quite honestly... It seems a little pointless. But then, of course, you could use it so people don't know when they're about to get banned. Very ninja.

Yes it is quite pointless, but when people see that you made upgarde to ban, they will think you are a genius and a pro mapmaker.
And yes it does work because i ahve tested it in my mao im working on
not very useful, it wastes a building and the ability to use gas for other things, but different and unique(i think). gj
ADDITION:
i forgot to add, it messes with upgrades
I really wouldnt like peopel to use this because then itll make me seem like im not very good because the public will say I stole the idea from someone.

ADDITION:
As I said, it will make people think that you excel at mapmaking.
Then why did you post it in the map making concepts section?

Oh yea I almost forgot, you need to make sure you don't use gas or vehlicles int he map. Sorry if you were trying this and you forgot that.
well, although useless, this can be done via EUDs so that it doesnt interfere with gas
One armory, four players. It's somewhat innovative, but only for specific cases. In most cases, this would be wasteful.
You need to sacrafice four upgrades and an entire resource type. It's like giving up your computer for a taco.
Using EUD disallows mac players from playing your map. Your map then therefore sucks.

The Map that I was using this in wasn't going to use any source of upgrade besides for this and had Four Players. Also, I wasn't planning to use gas for any sort of thing. Well.....thats it.

I've tested a few EUDs with a MAC user.. it just checked if you had something upgraded and displayed a message.
I upgraded something he didn't see anything. I upgraded something else and he said he saw the message. O.o

EUDs dont disallow Macs. Macs simply have different adresses for different things so they would desync if they don't match up...
In the case of kicking someone out, if the player is made to be dropped as opposed to "defeated", the mac players will stay intact...
Make the person who is being banned desync? That might work better..
Except if a MAC is a person not being banned they still might drop.

^ innovation wasted if you asked me not too bad but not efficient
Tuna the ultimate ninja accesory
lol thats a confusing way of banning someone i still dont get how to do the trigger, lol but its a sneaky and smart way to kick someones ass out of a game theyll be spamming u and ull be like "HEY U, DONT MAKE ME UPGRADE!!!"
I think this would b cool in an rp, but only to if where the person upgrading got dropped.
