I used to play a bunch of trading card games when I was a kid, like Pokemon, and Digimon, I know I wasn't the only one tongue.gif

I always like to play MTG with my friend in my free time, but I don't actually own the cards, I just use his tongue.gif It's lots of fun

Anyway, does anybody play trading card games anymore?

Use to play MTG, I owned everyone around my community, but not thoes 24/7 bummers who hang around the card shop. So I got bored of it, and my friends made fun of me sad.gif for playing MTG, and not play some kind of sports with them. I mean yea I do play sports, but sometime there like ohh you play MTG... So and I gets boring after you play for like 2 years... Pokemon I played that when i was little, dont remember being good at it at all... Dimigon no... loved the show when i was little, card didnt appeal to me.

Dude its all about Wizards, they make best card games.

Nope. I can't say that I have ever played trading card games. I would actually watch all the little kids play with there yugioh cards and have a blast.

I hate collecting and kind of card, and would most likely lose bit by bit. So no, I don't play any of those kind of games.

That digimon card game sucked. Espically how everything ended in "mon". "ITZJAMMACAMON!!"
"OMGRUNFORTHAHILLZMON"
I have a lot of pokemon cards i'm planning on selling them one day for like, 20 bucks, each (mwhaahah) soon they'll be rare. I have things like Gyrados. But I don't play any of the anymore.

My idiot brother got a holographic first edition Charizard in his first ever pack of Pokémon cards, he sold it for ONE dollar. I got a Blastoise in mine, so I just laughed at him.

When really little I played them, I never got into Yu-Gi-OH, but I would sumetiems borrow friends decks and have duels.

I used to play with Pokémon cards. I never bought any because my parents said it was a waste of money and they would die out, which they were right. I still mananged to get a lot of cards from other people and I slowly got a LOT of cards, over 200. And many were rare ones too.

I used to collect Pokemon cards, but I never played with them. Guess it was because I was the only one where I live that cared about learning the rules dry.gif

I didn't know how to play pokemon cards. I don't think any one did. It was an awkward playing game. I just enjoyed having the best cards.

MTG I used to hate cuz I couldn't understand why Green monsters were so overpowered. I always lost. What was I, 10?

Now, I just keep my decks to myself, but i never play w/ anybody.

MTG: Never rly played
Pokemon: Collect
Yugio: Play
Digimon: Sux
DBZ: Both

I used to play Yu-Gi-Oh with my friend, he'd just lend me a deck to play with.

Now I really used to be a big Pokemon player back in the day. That is, until I sold my Holographic First Edition Zapdos card for $50, then I went around for a year buying and selling cards trying to make as much profit as possible, and since I already had a large collection, I started out pretty good. I still have a bunch of cards though, if one day the craze comes back, I'll just sell my album for $100, there's a few holographic and/or first editions in there.

Nop, I don't play that stuff... but I did play something like it. We had some cards with football players on them. That was about 5-6 years ago...

Easy. It's just like Magic The Gathering, but for little kids:

You have an Electric Pokémon.. Pikachu. He has three lightnings. You have to have 3 lightnings down and you play him. I don't know if you have to "Tap" like you do in MTG, but walla. THAT easy.

My friend always kicked my ass.. cry.gif

When I was in fourth grade, pokemon cards were extremely popular. It wasn't geeky or anything to have them, EVERYONE had them. I asked my mom to buy me some, and she bought some store-brand things, so I just never collected them sad.gif.

LOL!!

STORE BRANDED POKEMON CARD! tongue.gif

I would trade for cards that were good for dueling with, rather than trading for a first edition super rare card that would never help me when I played tongue.gif

I remember at a camp I went to, somebody stole a pokemon card and we all got searched. People were real serious about that game.. mellow.gif

What is this? Pokemon isn't popular. Magic is the only good Trading Card Game. For those who don't know how to play: learn. Now.

i used to play pokemon back in the day and now i traded all of it for yugioh.
now with all the advanced rulings and cards.... it makes me get back into it, i should buy a deck.

now i still play yugioh and im a real pro at it, but not an abuser like some kids that talk about yugioh everyday.

i dont own any MTG cards but im real good playing this game. my friend has 4 wrath of gods!

The actual way of dueling with Pokemon cards is pretty fun in my opinion, and I still do it whenever I find a person with a deck. The only problem is that 8 prizes is still a short game, let alone traditional 2 prize games.
