Metal Gear Solid 3 has a lot of humor you can discover. Like cardboard box is pretty funny in itself, but try radioing Signit while in one ^_^.
State of Emergency 2 is so funny that you'll cry. Because the voice acting is so terrible, you'll want to roll over and cry.

Any football games when you don't know how to play. I was playing nfl football with a friend and we were clueless. It makes it all the better and most of all funny.

StarCraft is pretty funny, like the random quotes and the recipes for lemon chiken.
Super Mario 64 is quite humorous aswell.
The funniest game of all tme is still Monopoly in my opinion. But it really depends who you play with.

What was the quest about is what I was asking.
But I looked it up on gamefaqs (Since you were so helpful telling me which one it was) and it's the one with Border Watch. And it wasn't that funny, the flamming dogs was kind of odd.

Perfect Dark Zero's acting and when you make them melee and roll they make funny noises. Loud funny noises especially on stealth missions...

The only video games I've ever played that really made an attempt to be funny the whole way through were Destroy all Humans! and the Tony Hawk's Underground[I] series. [I]Destroy all Humans! was funny and Tony Hawk was not.

The thing that makes me laugh the most, truly, is random events that happen in GTA:SA. Things like police running each other over, massive glitches, when there are police chases and the criminal is driving real fast, hits something, flips backwards and crushes the police Also weird stuff in general. Lots of laughs there. I got GTA for ps2 but whenever I play on the comp at internet cafes I download mta:sa. It pwns! Multiplayer GTA! /thrust!
