Well, In school we take end of the year tests most of the time right? We had to take those tests, AND Placement tests, i learned that I am going to have 2 periods of math, and one period of english, and then social studies and PE I think, if the end of the year math test's are better than the placement, i will have 1 period, they dont get the scores till like very close to when school is about to start, so anyway here's the thing, Whats your placement, And how important do you think the 2 types of tests are?

I had to take a placement test for math that was optional. I wasn't aware. I think it should be based on your grades in your case i guess. My school just tuns it differently.

I took identification tests in grade 3.

I wound up with IEP for an underachieving gifted learner and seeing a psychiatrist for several years.

Exactly... Too vague... Do you take placement each YEAR? or did you take the placement to enter high school?

In second case, I passed everything with honors program except history and english.

2 types of tests? ACT and SAT?

I went to Gifted and Talented magnet schools in Elementary.. but in Jr.High every year I got put into honors and then kicked out for not getting adequate grades. tongue.gif
I had algebra since 7th grade. I finally got off my lazy ass and passed this year because I am very sick and annoyed with it.

It's actually more like "teenagers who know exactly how much work they have to do to get by, and do no more or less, yet with the potential to get A's".
