What rating would you give to your lifestyle ? Is it healthy ? Do you eat junkfood, do you smoke, drink ? Do you do sports ?
I think my lifestyle is "So-so", becawse of two things:
-I sit infront of the PC (about 2-3 hours a day)
-I drink sometimes
I'd say it's healthy. Emotional and phsyically, I guess =\
I'd say my lifestyle is very healthy.
I exercise, I drink in moderation, I've never smoked, I eat well, and I'm a happy person.

We are allmost the same, but I think that drinking in moderation is still unhealthy, and the fact that you sit infront of the PC isn't a good one. We rate the same things differently.
I'd say my life is "quite healthy". I spend a whole lot more time on the computer than excersizing, but I never eat really unhealthy stuff like cheeseburgers from McDonalds.
I spend way too much time sitting in front of a computer, but i go on bike rides (did the 5 boro bike tour a few weeks ago, and rode from my house to pelham bay park yesterday (about 40 miles)), and my school is on the 5th floor on a building, and gym is on the 1st, and i live at the top of a hill and the subway station is at the bottom, so i walk up 400+ steps per day, and down another 400+. I eat lots of high carb foods (mmm bagels) and high fat foods (mmm bagels with margarine) so, i'd say i have a quite healthly lifestyle.
Mine is very healthy too, I almost never eat from fast-food restaurants but I do eat unhealthy food a lot anyways. However I burn that off with my 6 hours of exercise per day.

It depends on what kind of drinking. Vodka isn't exactly good for you, but a bit of red wine is definantly a good thing.

I said so-so for that reason. I'm not fat, but I'm for sure not skinny. I eat healthy foods such as sushi and cereal all the time.

Actually vodka (in correct amounts) can help people who suffer from blood pressure illness. I don't drink as a part of my... traditions (like French), I drink to relax with my friends, and that can't be called healthy, allthow I don't drink much & often.
My eating habbits are not that healthy! I do work out and do many extra-corricular activities as well! So they kind of average each other out but I am in way better shape then most of the kids in my class. I am in very good shape, compared to what I eat because I am very active. So I said quite healthy only because of how I eat is keeping me off very healthy!
Ive got a pretty healthy lifestyle as opposed to a few years ago! I used to wake up, have breakfast(cereal) and perhaps a cup of cofeee and go directly to my computer and do zip then entire day, wether it be playing starcraft, diablo, or stuff on the web. To make things worse, I drank a bottle of soda/pop (2litre) every day for around a month. I was addicted! The only healthy thing I really did those days was skateboarding and walking to the store to get more soda/pop. Pulled many all-nighters and slept in till 3-5 everyday (pm) . If I had kept that routine up... I really would have been in some trouble. Eventually I broke the habit thanks to school and self-conscience. Still skateboarding, walk to school everyday (45 min walk), work out (2hr /day) , eat really good (no more soda/pop! woot) . But with all new and improved things I am doing, there is significantly less time to spend on the computer which is good/bad. Perhaps a laptop will be helpful in balancing the two lifestyles...
Usually I go to school, go home, sit on the computer, repeat. I'm not fat (which might be a bad thing) and I can get a 6-7 minute on the mile run, so I don't think I'll have a heart attack just yet. And that is my lifestyle.
Just kidding.

I play football, even though I'm bigger than most kids, and backpacks on me would look like huge monsters on others, I'm extremely healthy, I love to eat right and lift weights and run.
I eat "healthy" foods, nothnig fast, vegetables, meat, all home made stuff. I'm quite active, I'm fit, as in in shape. But am I healthy? No.
I don't drink alcohol or caffine, I exersise a couple of times a day, I have three solid meals a day, not counting dessert(
)
I'm trying to become a vegetarian, but I keep eating meat and then saying, "Oop, I just remembered I wasn't supposed to eat that. Oh, well. I'll do better next time." Not that half the stuff on the market that claims to be meat really comes from animals anyway.
SPAM/BOLOGNA/HOT DOGS MAY OR MAY NOT BE MURDER!
my life aint that healthy, But its okay...
Studys! (forget what gay school did them though):
You Need 5,000 Steps a day in order to maintain good health
Worst gift i ever got: my GF Gave me a step counter to make sure im healthy, she told me it was to make sure i live to see our "kids"...
Scary... lol
I get enough exercise for two people but i eat alot of junk food to make up for it.
I eat lot of junk food but i do lot of sport and dont smoke. I guess im so-so
I would have to say that my lifestyle is quite healthy. I mean, I always work out and I always eat on regular basis. The food I eat is healthy and I'm not over weight or under weight. I'm just right actually.
All I do is sit, sleep, and eat (mostly "junk" food)
I'm not fat, and I have no serious health issues.
I'm not very unhealthy, but I am sure I am not healthy.

Wow, sounds to me like you're a female.
I drink 2-3 times a week, smoke a half pack a day and do too many drugs to be considered "healthy".
