And yes you do use disable doodad state but sometimes you need to spawn a detector there as well while it disables or else it will just be an unclickable but viewable unit. Also once the fog of war goes over that building, you will be able to see it.

Condition: Always Action: Create 1 (detector) for player 1 at loc. 1 Disable 1 bunker owned by Player 3 loc. 1

Read the tutorial! go it's 1 click away! You create the detector after you disable the building...and just for a few seconds then remove it.
