Well its obvious theres a trigger to set alliance between forces, but is there a way to set vision too?

Yep its an AI Script

EXample:

Trigger
Description:
Vision Toggle
Players:
¤ Player X
Conditions:
¤ Always
Actions:
¤ Execute AI script ¨Turn ON Shared Vision for Player Y¨

Will give Player Y, Player Xs Vision.

also these AI Scripts Dosent exist in normal staredit so you have to use something else like X-tra editor

Wrong.

That will allow player X to have player Y's vision. You got it backwards.

Turn on vision for player Y means that the person running the trigger will now be able to see player Y. This is the easiest way to remember it, in my opinion.

Alright, thanks. I use SCM Toolkit and SCXE so shouldn't be a prob.
