I want to make a Diplo map that takes place between Late 17th century-1900 in Europe.

*Need +1 Civ.

Like a diplo, you will have basic units and 1 special unit....however i'm planning about putting one problem that each civ. must overcome to become more powerful.
Example: German States & Italic States have to Unify into one country (Germany & Italy)

I need some help.......what should i put in, Hessian or Zeppelin?, Italy's Special Unit?, What would be best for the last Civ.?

why Europe though, why not make it based before that like EurAisa, or you could base it off of something I have yet to see. Australia, New Zealand, and Indonesia.
That would be kewl, or make a good world Diplomacy map (Europe is over rated)
