Ok personally i got warned a lot ok? thats the fact, the first one by DT i understand why he warned me perfectly reasonable. The 2nd time I do not exactly understand because i was going to reserve space and he said it was spamming... And for that one i should of defiantly gotten warned, or something before but i didn't.
I was reserving space for using it later because i was going to put a lot of info in it.
The 3rd time yes my sig was oversized a few times thats a fair reason for me to get warned..
ok and today i got warned again for "spamming" in the gaming section. And i did not spam, seriously if you call 2 comments about 1 thing spamming that serioulsy is messed up. And he took away 750 min and 100 post, and did not giving warning level at all. But 750 min and 100 post is actually a lot of stuff thats atleast over a month of posting for me, because i'm not that much active on SEN. And personally i do not like that when revelade or anyone never had problem with me in the gaming board and some new guy just come in and just do that.
I mean we can we have a definition of spamming on SEN. I was serioulsy just commenting and had no intention to spam. And he didn't even state where i spammed.
seems more like he hates me than anything, just because on one of his thread i posted, we already have stuff like this and why are you posting it.
oh yea btw syphon "Nonsescial posts, repeating himself, offtopicedness, idiocy." wow nice way of warning...
and what is a "Nonsescial posts" is Nonsescial even a word? repeating himself yes even in real life i stutter at times, and i'm tired half the time and type real fast. offtopicedness nice word again.
and personally these stuff are a little offensive. Idiocy wow nice way of warning.

i know but i'm trying to get elite and 100 post is extremely lot... and sen don't even add up all your post....
the two post were not totally off topic it was about wikipedia not being 100% correct, and can half false information.
and the other one where i see something wrong is where cloud posted about people reviewing games. And i posted twice that i could do it, because the first time i didn't think cloud caught it. because cloud posted like right under mine, but he didn't update the thing at all. So i just posted again.
me i guess another one is only 105 people voted for the next gen thingy. and at first i thought it was extremely lot of people but to look at it now 105 people is extremely small. it seems like SEN community will be better. So pretty much the thing is i post a comment, and someone comments back and i comment back...
so from that i guess all my post are to stupid for the great syphon, and i see 2 repeat and 2 comments... wow nice spamming dude... and is comments really off topic saying wikipedia might not be the most reliable source? I mean they seem pretty darn facts to me... only 105 people did vote on a poll that was up for a extremely long time, wikipedia isn't the most reliable source... wow serioulsy... i personally do not consider that spamming, and that tells me how much of a jerk syphon is.

I think you may have a valid challenge to make here, RedNara, but it may be more effective to take it up with Syphon (and anyone else you consider to have unfairly punished you) through the PM system, rather than in a thread like this (as Jammed said in #4). (And if there is still a problem after trying to talk to Syphon, or if for some reason you cannot, the next course of action would presumably be to PM Mini Moose. And if that still doesn't work, then you'll probably have to change your own concept of spam, not theirs. =P)
And be careful not to start flaming whilst defending your posts from claims of spam.

That punishment and "Nonsescial posts, repeating himself, offtopicedness, idiocy." are sort of harsh... Doesn't seem like you did anything wrong.

I'll talk to Syphon. Personally, I think 750 minerals and 100 posts is a lot for a verbal warning. From now on, this is to be carried on in Private Messages.

Becuase personally I feel like i have been given unfair warning this past month... i got total of like 3 in just like a month. 1 of them I can agree, about the oversized sig. The other one posting "a" was to reserve space and i dont really see anywhere where you cant do that. And this warning makes me just mad.

Syphon's conceded that his warn was unjustified. He's reimbursed your minerals completely and I've restored all of your posts.
