A lot of people that i know didn't want to play this, for the soul reason that its cartoon graphics. Also the story (if you have played) is not all that convincing, however if you play the DeathMatch or the CTF then you will find a fun side to the game. What i would like to know is what you feel about the game, the graphics, and the Vs modes

Shouldn't this be asked in here?
I borrowed it a few years back, it wasn't that great. My overall expirence wasn't that great, there's a lot of stuff that isn't that great like Second Sight or whatever, it has a very Comic Book style feel, there's a helicopter fight in the forest, and you start killing a lot of people etc. I didn't play it long enough to see the story I wasn really intrested.

my friend bought it for gamecube, stopped playing it, i borrowed it, eventually beat it.

I got most of the files, found all the agents (i think that always happens) and wished that it actually unlocked multiplayer options, but i dont think it did.

Overall, it was pretty mediocre...though there were some things I liked...carrying bodies was cool....the multiplayer was cool....those maps by the end where you got to kill people in KKK-looking outfits were cool...The crossbow was cool....etc etc.

I liked to shoot people in the head and those 3 pop up boxes on the top of the screen come up, showing the exact hit. The cartoony style made it a better game.

If it had the same gameplay without cel-shaded graphics, it would have no charm.

sounds just like you chrono happy.gif i personally didn't like the storyline a whole lot however i did like playing CTF on temple or somthing getting a machine gun and a sniper then going to mid, the Machine Gun Grenades were fun to use along with the sniping as they come out the entrance however its very limited team wise / player choices

Yay, I like this game.

Well, I have the cube version of the game.

The singleplayer has a good length of over 30 missions. These missions are mostly stealth missions, but you can run/gun bosses.

The plot is quite good for a FPS plot. It's a heck of a lot more original than Halo, Time Splitters or Doom 3. You are framed for the murder of the president, which leads you to hunt twenty conspirators that have framed you.

The multiplayer is great because you can have 4 players and 4 bots at the same time. The maps are well designed, not too big of course. Oh and these bots CAN aim very well, even on easy setting.

My gripes with this game is that on multiplayer with 8 bots/players it can be laggy. Also, loading times are atrocious; when you die on a level, it has to load AGAIN.

With interesting graphics, an involving story and great AI, XIII is one of the better FPS games out there. Of course if you have Xbox Live, the value goes up considerably.
