well i was wondering if i can stack pylons with 1 trigger. like build 1 turret replace with like 50 stacked pylons. anyway?

If you go build a missile turret somewhere, you can easily replace it with some other 2x2 building, like a pylon, but you can't replace it with 50 of them.

The only way to stack buildings (with triggers) involves preplaced stacked buildings. In the above scenario you basically have a stack of 1. No trigger can increase the size of the stack. (A human player using the "lights out" stacking technique could do it, but somehow I doubt that will be very useful to you)

so like 2 big stacks of 300 pylons and 300 cannons

then use move unit to location when i wanna stack?

No, that won't work. It will move 1 of them, but that's it.
