Alright I keep getting this gay message
QUOTE
The map could not be loading because it had to many obstructions. Try Widening corridors and reducing the number of small nooks and crannies to correct the problem.

When i try to make more hall ways and what not. How the heck to I fix this... Whats a nook or a crannie?

This happens when you a hugh amount of edges and small openings within your isometric terrain.

Basicly just simplify things and widen small paths.

Just searched it up and I guess that is the reason why, your terrain has problems.

Damnit, that will mess it up then...

Wait could nooks and crannies be those things that come with the terrain automaticly?

It's a description... how can you not know that?
QUOTE(Dictionary)
nook  Pronunciation: (nook)
n.

  1. A small corner, alcove, or recess, especially one in a large room.
  2. A hidden or secluded spot.
QUOTE(Dictionary)
cran·ny  Pronunciation: (kran'e)
n. pl. cran·nies

A small opening, as in a wall or rock face; a crevice.
Your terrain is too complex, you must simplify it so resolve the problem.

So thats what those mean... Well my terrain is pretty simple, it's just straight streets.

ADDITION:
Ok I fixed it, althought it kinda ruined it.

Why does the terrain even effect anything..? So what if it is complex?

It is an enigma.

I heard one time that it was because the starcraft engine can only handle so many complex tiles(cliff edges, apparently doodads, etc). thats just a limit to starcraft graphics, just like map-making with its limits.

I fixed it once by just getting the map unprotected and protect it again... It usually happens with Uber@tion.... I heard of no ways this is connected with terrain. But, it may have to do with sprites :/

It's not really important to know what causes it, I don't think. People have been not-knowing-what-causes-it for years, and everything's been fine! =P

But if we're taking guesses, I'm betting on runtime pathfinding limitations.

Blizzard RTS games run with a pathfinding script that has to pre-find the pathing for units (I'm not sure on the specifics, but it has to mark place as buildable, unbuildable, or unwalkable, and other things) so the game doesn't lag when you order units. If you have too many nooks and crannies, it's too much for the pathfinding script, so it gives up. This is presumably because it will take the game too long to route units through the terrain.

No, I doubt it is a graphics thing.
