I have a trigger that sets hangar count for all any unit's to 10...

It works for the reavers, but not for the carriers... =/

Just to be clear - Bunch of units in the same locations that cover ground and air, under the effect of ONE trigger; the reavers go in with full hangars, while the carriers go in with none... confused.gif

On the same note, if the reavers are in shuttles then they don't get affected by the hangar setting... I doubt that's resolveable (and it's ok if its not), but figured I'd throw it out there... The carrier issue is the important one however happy.gif

You probably just forgot to put the trigger for carriers. Try that, that way is correctly done. If it doesnt work than theres something wrong with ur map.

...I'll try it, although

"Set hangar count for Any Unit for player to 10"

should ideally work fine... and it seems to work for the reavers... Why reavers and not carriers? =/

because carriers dont have hanger count to 10 it only goes up to 8 and also edit the upgrade for carrier capcity +4 which is 8

what bilal said, carriers have an absolute max of 8. both the total reaver and carrier hangar count are limited by whether or not their upgrades are researched.

I specificly said, and made sure to repeat that my issue isn't that the carriers aren't getting all 8 of their interceptors, but that the issue is that they aren't getting any interceptors. As in, 0. The upgrades for extra capacity would have no bearing on this...

The fact that the carrier could "never" get 10, so that's possibly why the trigger doesn't go through on the carrier would be valid... but you guys went waay off course happy.gif

whats so wrong with posting general information? its not like you're the only one that deserves to receive help just because you made the topic... even if it doesn't help you, chances are it'll help a new mapmaker and help him/her prevent from making minor mistakes.

Hmm... that is weird. I just tried setting the hanger cout for a reaver to 15 (which is impossible), and it was set to the max of 10. Maybe carriers are just stupid...
