I've noticed on some users there Custom member title is "This User no longer visits SEN"...um...

Is that a sign that they've been Banned or something? i was just wondering.

The 'Forbidden' member group is the sign of being banned.

Maybe the member title means that they no longer visit SEN. So I guess they are either suspended and the staff changed the member title or something.

The staff changes their user title. Click on their name, and look at their profile. You'll see they have been put in the forbidden group.

A word of caution: I wouldn't reccomend trying it out for yourself though, because it'll mean what it says when I read it.
