is death always a bad thing in the eyes of the person dying? Is the event itself a bad thing?

Physician assisted suicide = Win. Or even regular suicide.

I believe everyone has the right to die.

Death itself is not always a bad thing. The way you die might be. And your death can be very bad to the eyes of your loved ones or friends.

Some people suffering in the hospital are being kept alive by machines and tubes because the family doesn't want to see their loved ones die. Sometimes the people suffering are ready to die.

You know, the eyes of a person that will die in a moment is a sight that you will not forget soon.

Death is not always bad ? Well all I can say it's 100% natural. Is nature bad ? No.

But don't think that I'm for suicide. I think you should fight for any life, because it's a miracle that you've been given.

Assisted Suicide needs to be outlawed in every state. its wrong.

Sometimes when I think about it, I really dont think that I would care if some random guy walked into my room and shot me, Ya I would be dead, but I wouldnt feel anything, I just wonder why someone would fight the person, the only reason that I would fight the person was because I felt like kicking the guys ass, I would hate it if someone came in and killed one of my family members though, then I would do some damage. But I really wouldnt care if someone shot me

If I was to instantly die with no pain or feeling whatsoever, of course I would take up that offer.

Getting back on subject. To me death would neither be welcome nor wanter, though in my beliefs as a Christian I would think death would be better than life. First though people should learn to live instead of forcing death upon themselves or another. I hope this is on topic, and it makes some sort of sense .

Death is natural so its not a bad thing. Think about it this way is living forever a good thing? If you think about it, if you can live forever life would loose its meaning. Not only that you will go insane becuase you have so much time in your hand. You might not think like that right now, but if your are living a normal life and thinking properly having a set time limit on earth is natural and is the only way you can enjoy life. Personally I feel like thoes people who are living off machines should be able to die. I think they are just suffering in that state of mind, and etc. Its hard for the family and also for the person. However, in the end death is always scary, becuase you do know what and darkness is always scary. But death is something natrual and that is what gives the value of life, so you can enjoy life as you live on. Seriously dont stress to much while your living, its your only one shot. Go excersise, study become what you want.

some people may fear it only because they are greedy or have unfinished business they wanted to conduct

I'd have no troubles of my grandparents dying... sad i know but i understand that everyone's gonna die, and when i say to my dad, 'well, dont bother making her take meds she gonna die in the next few years' he gets all emotional and says 'DONT YOU SAY THAT' and im like well im right.

thats just unloving. its not like you're the only one who knows all the people who live right now eventually will die.

That is a dream I want to achieve.
Some day in my life, a war will break out, and I will get drafted. Then I will go to war, then get shot, and die in hospital. A miserable life.

Its all about how I really wouldnt care that much if someone just killed me, It doesnt hurt, unless you are tortured! If it does hurt it is only for a second or two. You just die, only the people close to you would feel pain from when your gone!

well sometimes when im just sitting down and i get to thinking about stuff ive sometimes came across the like notion that i could make peoples lives better ( by people i mean family and friends ) if i tried to ease their sorrow when im dead and i personally think the best way in music for me would be rap. though not everyone likes rap i think its what id want especially if it was something like Eminem - When im Gone. That song speaks about like well be in heaven smiling down on you and not feel a thing so like why be sad about it when there in paradise sure you may miss them but its like were all going to die why mourn about it...
