Wow, my second poll in one day... I gotta knock it off, lol. Anyways, I really want to get an idea of what people wanna see more of, simply because, as mapmakers, I think it'll help us focus our efforts more. When it comes to UMS and b.net, the laws of supply and demand take effect. So, let's see what the demand is, and try and supply it 
. Now, obviously, everyone wants to see something new and different, but only vote for it if there are NO other maps you would rather see first. We all say we want more original content on b.net, but when something new comes out, we're just as likely to go back to our favorite D map or RPG. So only vote for what you want to see most.

Yea, I have to agree, not to mention that his example is like one of the worst d maps I've played. Tower D 2.9 is just so... BORING! And then after that you get shot up by the bosses and lose. Gayness.

Don't forget good bounds. That bound mapping industry has died down, and now that the RPG age is coming, we need a few new bounds. Like Mario bound.

no we dont need bounds, bounds are the only ones that come close as being stupid as the lets find a glitch map. those ones aren't fun, not challenging (it's either easy or impossible)

Lol...Bounds...I use to be part of a Bouding Clan..Cept it died...and Bounds got Boring...Now its RPG's, MOvie maps, and Defence maps that are Coming up today!!

Hrm... something about saying we need more bounds because they're dying out reminds me of if someone were to say "We need more Nazis! Send civilians to Nazi Germany!" I really.. really hate bounds.
This isn't the "RPG" age, everyone has always wanted to make RPGs and few people have ever been able to. At best, there might be an "RPG" age after Tuxedo creates his map, simply out of people's aspirations to live up to what he's creating. Though I can't say I approve of him saying his RPG will be the best RPG ever for StarCraft... That's awfully disheartening for the newb trying to work his way up with his GoSu RPG ideas.
Basically what I think we need is.. more maps! It doesn't matter what they are, as long as they aren't bounds or shoddy newb maps, I'll be happy. Get out there and make some maps.. I know I am. And finish them. Which.. I have a hard time doing!

A GOOD RPG might be nice, and perhaps a different kind of defense map too. And by different, I meant not your cookiecutter template, where you have enemies (or levels of them) coming out of symmetrical areas. Good example of NOTs: Sunken D, Dragoon D, Marine D; those are practically the same.

That was my point. We need some new good (does the BI do it enough for you?) bounds. That are fun and balanced.

You forgot Diplomacy like maps or just maps like that. I would love to see a good new diplomacy or something. World War maps you cant really due since the accurate stuff you gotta follow if you want it to be accurate and not be gay. Here is an idea a WW2 movie map there yea go someone make that.

I chose RPGs because they're always fun to play if they don't suck balls. I think the rpgs need more spells, then they'd be better.

"Don't click the flag" isn't a glitch exploition map. It's just loading a unit portrait that doesn't exist.
