Nah, really, as was said, this place is self-explanatory. If things are confusing you, then scavenge the FAQs for answers.

A tour?
I don't know about that..But I can explain some parts of the sites; which is techinally a tour..I think..
The Forums are discussion boards. You make threads and polls based on a certain topic, and reply to ones already made! In the index, you'll see many catergories with many topics in them (they already have descriptions, but you can send me a private message if you don't understand the catergory too much).
The Community is for members and stuff. You can check the calender, look at members, and other stuff that has to do with the Community (it's like a Bullentin board
).
The Mapping Area has everything to do with maps. You can download maps in the database, look up tutorials on how to make maps, review reviews (as in look at reviews made on maps), and submit your own maps!
Games are the community games, such as the lottery and magic boxes. You can submit 20 minerals to play and see if you win.
The Site tells you about the Site itself and the rules.

It's a Windows based command, and has nothing to do with the application you are using.
Unless you're on SEN, in which it gives you a tour.
