I Use uberation and i wanted to know if since i downloaded my version along time ago i shud maybe get a new version? Im just trying to do some simple things too... some conditions using maybe some latency detection or somthing...

Download uber@tion 2 and all the files it has along with it's download, and if you're only going to use game latency and that junk, I wouldn't use it all, because the map that you put it in, once EUDs are gone may malfunction and you just have to go and delete triggers again!

As a note, that you should update your programs should they be 3rd party starcraft programs. You should always download the newest version because you don't need to install them to use them. Thus, you may use different versions separately, allowing you to reap the benefits from every version.
