I was wondering, how would you slow down alot of the same units (Infested Kerrigans in this example) using the method of creating an burrow zergling under it using only barely any locations and triggers. Is it possible or would I have to create a location for each Infested Kerrigan? Someone explain in detail please, thanks alot.
Slow down the movement, or the production of the units?
I think you would need to go with making many triggers along with many locations. I cant thik of any other way then to make sperate locations for every Infested Kerrigan on the map!
One way is to have multiple copies of a trigger that gives a kerrigan to player 12, centers a zergling on it, gives another to p12, moves the same zergling...... etc.
Then a trigger to give them all back when p8 or whatever has no more kerrigans.
It WOULD interrupt attacks though.
not only would it interrupt attacks, it would stop movement too and cancel out previous movement orders.
i know this is true because i made a concept map with the same methods, although with air units.
I don't think you can use triggers to slow down multiple units at the same time.
You can with a mod, but not through triggers.
