How come i don't have any minerals when i have 2 to 3 maps...(never rated)

I created a new member list that consisted of the active members. I'm not deleating or closing this one because we may come back here for revisions. As for the points you'll have to explain but i consisted the lisst of only active people for now. Feel free to update it.
