Hmph, I need a banner thats around 800x200 (800 long) and cool Starcraft effects lol.. Whoevers I like best gets 20 minerals, meh not that much but reasonabal, make it nice please.

Yeah.. Either ask for it as a simple favor or offer more minerals (at least 100). Better business strategy.
And your forum is, basically, a copy of SEN forums with a few basic changes of forum location and the like.. I don't think you'll manage to get a lot of people to join, no offense or anything.
