Sorry brain fart lol.......
Hey I know Surtur...! Anyway, that's not entirely true. It only works for doodad's WITHOUT sprites, which you could do anyway. You can have infinite doodads that don't use sprite components. What's the advantage to doing it your way? You can't edit the doodads normally... -_- that's not an advantage.
Also if they are counted as 'border tiles'...
border tiles are not infinite, they have a limit too.
I just saw Sala's photo and

.
Anyway, Theres also a limit to the tiles themselves! This is my convenant, Man shall happily paste little doodads, but for being so.... humane... they shalt be punished the most unimaginable punishment!Thy shall happily paste your doodads but eventually will be blocked by an invisible barrier, thy barrier shalt be called Maximum map size!
Bringer, you are so lucky I'm trying to be nice because I'm cursing up a storm in real life at what you've said. YOU CAN'T DO THIS! IT DOESN'T WORK! The ONLY reason this works is because StarForge DELETES all the sprites so that you can place more doodads. As for regular doodads, you can place infinite amounts of those. You are 100% WRONG! That's not how it works. End of story. You are WRONG.
Fake concept. Moved to regular staredit.
LoL bringer read your other post where you were still agrueing, Then i had to refresh and saw your attached map gone and your reply compleatly reedited.
Edit: now it is gone
Oh yeah SaLaCiouS(U), Starforge does not delete sprites, StarEdit does. Starforge however breaks the doodad into two parts a sprite and terrain, so when you take the map back to staredit the once doodad sprites will be deleted.
If you want to make them come back you can use scmd2...
