Ok, so I'm trying to make a yamato gun trail stay on the screen. I've tried lots of things but it keeps fading. Is there any way to do this?

if its not on the SF sprites or SCMDraft sprites then best guess is no and i highly doubt for something like yamato gun there will be one sorry sad.gif but still you can wait for the elites to come marching in and own me smile.gif

Or you could just use some other permanent static sprite that will stay on the map that resembles the effect of the yamato gun. Or... you could try using some ai scripts and force enemy bcs to continously fire yamato guns at something in a very messy spectacale of floating flagships. Your call...

You can't stop a sprite from animating. The yamato trail will fade away, there's nothing you can do about it.

Eh. I was going for a "In space, constant changing centerview so stars look like theyre flying by, meteor slams into earth and blows it up" effect. If the damn yamatos didnt disappear it'd work, but, w/e sad.gif
