I am makeing a king of the hill game i need help with the time like if player 2 is in the hill and his points go up i need help with that

You could try just a simple trigger like this:
Current Player brings at least 1 men to "Hill"
Foes bring exactly 0 men to "Hill"

Set Score: Add 1 Custom
Preserve
Current Player brings at least 1 men to "Hill"
Foes bring exactly 0 men to "Hill"
--------------
Set Score: Add 1 Custom
