i am making a map where the colors are very important and when i play the map in sc the colors go back to the defaults, should i use a different editor?(im using scdraft2)

Near the bottom of this (http://www.staredit.net/index.php?act=Atta...pe=post&id=8351) is a list of all the color codes for SCM Draft. Try using some of those and see if they work.

those are for the text to be colored i should have said the color for the players

Uncheck "Randomize Start Locations" in the forces.

I think you go to Players and choose the color or something like that.

go to forces and check OFF the random start locations, if not that then i dont know what u did

nope the random start locations are not checked

not 100% sure, but if you change colors in an editor, save it, then open it in an editor that does'nt allowd different colors, they will reset themselves.

yes, that is true. But if the colors aren't staying on the players they are designed for, make sure the random start location is checked off for every force. (Even ones that aren't used.)

ALso if your unfamiliar with extended player colors, they are not always the color the show in SCMD.

all the forces are unchecked and i just tried it w/starforge and it still doesn't work
