Normal, non-hero units, such as zergling or hydralisk, will burrow if there's no enemies in sight.

as long as they have the burrow upgrade. they always have the 'unburrow' ability.
so if you create a burrowed computer, disabled the burrow ability, it'd be able to unburrow but not burrow.

LMAO, create units with properties, go to unit properties, or go to settings and disable or enable or WHATEVER to the current players burrowing ability in SPECIAL ABILLTITES!! no offence, but how did u forget that?

It doesn't matter if you have burrowed researched or not for a computer, they always can burrow.

And as long as there is no enemy in sight they will burrow.

If they are given, they unburrow before burrowing again. I'm not sure about simply creating them with properties burrowed, but that may work.

If your looking for units to remain burrowed all the time, use neutral units, not comps.

Wrong -if you create the unit with properties of being burrowed, it will be able to burrow again after it unburrows tongue.gif

They can unburrow without the upgrade, but they cannot burrow without it.

Wat if i had a invincible unit near by?

They won't unburrow unless they see something that they can attack.

Dude I'm like 90% sure that if you create a unit with properties of being burrowed that the unit will be able to burrow again after it unburrows weather or not that player has the upgrade. -I'm 100% sure thats how it works for human players because I made a bound in which I needed lings to burrow but didn't know how to set the special abilities time thing to 0, createing the lings with the properties of being burrowed worked.

hell no, if you try to burrow a ling without the upgrade research it won't work(for human players, triggers or not). if you had a ling created by a comp, gave it to you, you wouldn't be able to unburrow it. those are facts, i've used those facts MANY times.

The computer will not unburrow if there are no enemies in sight range and there are no AI scripts running.
