How do we get make those pictures and animations that we put under our names? Where can we add them?

Okay heres how you do it..
You will see something like this:
Logged in as: Username ( Log out) and other stuff... anyways, go to My Controls then go to Edit Avatar settings and then Edit Signature settings and then Edit Profile Info!
and there you go
