Star Wars: Battle of Endor
The GALACTIC EMPIRE has secretly begun construction on a new armored space station even more powerful then the first dreaded Death Star.
Bothan spies have learned of this new threat, and Alliance high command has ordered an attack to attempt the destruction of this imperial monstrosity.
If completed, this ultimate weapon will spell certain doom for the small band of Rebels struggling to restore freedom to the galaxy. . .
Description
This is my most complex map to date, however the game plays still in a simple manner so will be easy to learn and fun to play. And after being away for 2 years I thought I would make a good comeback with a good star wars map.
The Map is based off of DotA for Warcraft 3, but do not play this map expecting to be playing that map for it is very different in some areas. First off for anyone who has not played DotA the map is where you play as one hero and try to defeat the enemy base in the opposing corner by traveling down 1 of 3 paths with small shops located all over the map, and creatures in the empty areas.
In this map that is still true, for the most part, since this is Star Wars there is a fourth path for space. Space can not win or lose the game but there are benefits for controlling it. One other major change from DotA is that now heroes can do more then simply kill the enemy. In the non battlefield parts of the map there is a Temple that players can enter and get quests from to both improve their specials and get special units to fight for their team.
Of course since this is Endor there is also a Shield Generator Bunker that the rebels can destroy to help in the destruction of the Deathstar however this is not the main goal of the map but a fun side quest.
All heroes can level up to get more health and more specials as time goes on, and they can customize their character a bit by being able to buy a few items/specials.
Heroes however must choose when they get money to either upgrade themselves or their faction, if you buy more men for your faction to spawn on a regular basis then your army is stronger, or if you buy more armor or weapons then you are stronger, pick wisely for which one will better help you win.

Map Size: 256x256
Map Tileset: Jungle
Players: 6
Features
Lives Option:At the start of the game you are given the option to pick whether in the game player heroes will re-spawn or will they have only 1 life.
Heroes Option:At the start of the game you are given the option to pick how you will be given your hero, you can pick to have heroes given randomly or for the players to select who they wish to be.
Bounty System:All units and players will have a bounty, this being the amount of money you get for killing them, however, when a player kills any enemy the bounty on their head will increase because they are then a higher target. When an enemy kills your hero that enemy gets the sum of the bounty on your head, the bounty on a players head could be from 600-anything. The bounty system is also used for the players re-spawn timer, the more the hero is worth the longer they will stay dead.
Special Energy:Gas will be used as special energy and will slowly refill over time to the hero if not at full. Heroes can buy items that will make their energy refill faster or even have a higher max on the energy. They also have the option to go to the Cantina and have it refill at a somewhat fast rate.
Special's / Items:Each player has a box that they will have civ’s in to launch specials or use items, in the box there is 6 beacons, 3 for specials 3 for items. Specials and items all have a type of ranking system in power; there are level 1, 2 and 3 specials/items. At any time you can only have 1 of each level of item to prevent from only getting the really good items/specials. Items can be bought in stores located on the unexplored areas of the map, and specials can be learned in a number of ways depending on what hero you are, it may be quest based to learn a skill or it may be bought. To use specials you need enough “Special Energy” which is explained above. Items however can be fired off at anytime just need to own the item and it will be used.
