Say I want a cliff, stacked or something. Do I really need to search through the entire tileset index for pieces, or is there an easier way?

Look at a stacked cliff with various ramps and such. That is what I'm looking for. I think it just takes some hard work blending though.

ADDITION:
Well, its like I have an isom big high cliff area. I want to make another layer, so you have one ramp going up to the first and another ramp leading to the second.

That is much like what I am looking for. Its a good picture, but here is my problem. when I go to copy/cut/paste, the shape always comes out wrong, as you cannot make diagnal cuts or diagnal tileset index.
