Have any of you noticed Wilhelm's signature recently?
It's a rather suggestive image depicting a presumably underage boy on the receiving end of an unseen sexual act.
Lolicon and shotacon (two anime genres depicting underage porn) are banned on most forums, including GameFAQs.
I said that I think he should take it down, but he responded with a Supreme Court Decision of 2002 which legalised the depiction of underage children in cartoon format. However, I'm sure that the sig still breaks the rules of the site and that some sort of action should be taken.
I'm just asking for clarification here.

If it is generally considered 18+ adult material, it shouldn't be there, that's in the rules.

My interpetation was that all the figures are the same person, so there's no act being preformed.

I see nothing which makes the image 18+ material. You can infer what the next "slides" in the image could be, but that's your problem really.

No - they are all the same person. It is a sequence of events - culminating in the pic on the right, where the boy is presumably being rogered by someone out of shot.
