I know there is another topic on this, but how the heck do i make one of those? I'm having alot of trouble trying to make my map because of that. P.S. I already downloaded GTA Classic. Thanks.

It's called extended terrain. You go to tileset indexed (in SCMD), click on the tile you want, and click on the map to place it. You can also copy and paste different wall pieces if you're making a wall or something.
