In a game, I was testing bomb squad, and a barracks appeared for every1, so they tried to block the exit, and i was moving mine to the exit. I was at least 25 tiles behind, and mine beat their's to the exit.

Somehow my building was going faster than theirs.
I have a mac so I don't have inteceptor scarab or observer in any corners...
what I do got is maybe a player 7 observer patroling..

ADDITION:
oh, I fixed it but I am still wondering how that happened.
they were not going slower I was just going faster.
no burrowed zerglings under their barracks..

Terran buildings that are preplaced or created lifted travel faster than ones that have lifted off the ground on their own.

That wouldn't cause just one unit to move faster. Everything speeds up when you do that.

I assume you mean Slowing Down Ground Units.
Lifted building are air units, so that's out.

No these buildings were both created in transit, for a bomb effect for explosion, but didnt move and explode. so we had them and moveed them.
