Well, basically you can get the gist of things just from the title, and I was wondering if you guys would be interested in actually being a zombie, instead of all these maps that you fight massive hordes of them.
I figured it would be like a semi-small city, where you can go inside buildings and such to more detailed environments. Present times.. But it would be just the start of the zombie outbreak, which you and a few friends are part of the first batch of the undead to be revived. Just for your stereotypical comedy kind of thing, I figure your zombie would roam around and not be really noticed by the residents, but just get an odd reaction whenever you try and converse(?) with them at first, until you can't resist the urge to eat their brains.. which leads to massive panic and death. As well as many amore zombies!
I don't know what you may have to do to win, but I was thinking just infest so many people before the army evacuates them all, or just find some way to infect the entire population, possibly via water streams?

Thats cool, maybe you can add like get out of the city before an explosion happens or something.

Pretty cool idea, but what would your basis for the zombies be? In otherwords, what made them come back from the dead?
-Virus (Resident Evil)
-Magick (Necromancer or some magical item?)
-Evolution (Humans can now finaly live on forever, accept they aren't really humans anymore are they?)
-Armageddon (End of the World?)
-Hell (The Devil is tired of all these worthless humans and decides to make them go back to earth? or somethine like hell is finaly full)
Those are all the reasons I can think of Zombies coming back to life. If you do the map, then I suggest picking one, and if you don't expect the idea to be stolen...

Really good idea! I'm not stealing it since im not a good enough mapper but the idea has alot of potential so if I were you and could make it I actually would.

Well, I guess I may actually start a map of this sort since even likes the idea, as do I.. But I'd rather make it with someone else instead of having a solo effort.
Also, I was thinking that for the zombies, the whole map would start out in a power plant of some sort, something goes amiss, as usual, and some people get some kind of radiactive goo all over them, they die.. come back to life.. Nothing out of the ordinary.
And if a zombie comes in contact with a human, and the radiation somehow gets into their blood stream, that person will slowly die, then transform into a zombie.
