First off, if you're looking for brushes or simple tutorial go here.
If you seem to have trouble getting something done (that isn't too complicated of course, or unless the person you're asking for help is willing to tell you) then go head and ask it here, as there seems to be a lot of questions asked without anything retaining to the relevance of the topic.

it has to be .png if it is a picture! if it isnt then it wont work, like .jpg and .gif and other shat wont work. I wish it would because I have like a million good pics in JPEG but I am too lazy to convert them!

i got them to work, just a whole bunch of brushes, lol in presets DEAD helped me out ty though. But do you know how to zoom into a picture then keep the zoomed in part as your pic. Cause when i save it. Open it in paint to do minor editing its still in normal zoom. Not in the zoom in cause I want the zoom to stay, anyone know how?

Okay, take a screenshot of it zoomed in, open a document, paste the screen shot.
Take the rectangular marquee tool, select the zoomed in part, copy, new doc, paste, then save the picture.
I dunno how to explain it better.

You can pixel work with photoshop as well as with paint. Right click on your brush tool to select pencil. I just guess that your unsing paint for that.
If you want to keep the image larger, go to Image > resize image, or something like that.

Do you know how to add styles into the pic? The place where theres colours, swatches, then styles... How do you put a style into the background or something?

Well, first you need the "style" file type then there's an arrow once you click on the styles part near the top right of the little folder thing, and then you can import styles.
