Recently, I submitted a file (Rebirth Hybrid Mod) to the DLDB and it was accepted. Now, I have changed something in the mod and want to post the new version, but I keep getting errors. The first time I tried, it said "File is too large to upload." So I checked the size of the zip file, and it was something like 177 K, which is clearly less than 8 meg. So I tried again. This time, it simply said "File cannot be changed." What does that mean? And when can I upload the new version?

This happens every so often when the DLDB code decides to be stupid and screws up its entries or something (hey, have I mentioned enough that I dislike the DLDB code?)
