I'm strongly in favor of them getting a forum here. They have some mature mappers who know their stuff. I had actually asked Shocko[xM] if he'd request a forum on SEN.

I made most of the things for him to try and get a forum on sen. I made the banner icon thingy. I made like 6 of em for them to choose of so I am deff. in favor!

SEN shouldn't support clans at all. They just cause drama. Who needs that? What good is it really going to do them if they have their own forums. I guess its just an attempt to make SEN look more popular than it is? I don't know much about mySQL, or even if thats the reason SEN is down so often. But I think that having yet another board is only going to be worse for the often down SEN site. In my opinion its not a good idea, especially before v5. Feel free to flame me because of this, but just know I will pay no attention to it. Also it will not change my view on the subject.

An admin once joined one of the clans, so how could SEN not support them..

Too Late, They already have been, nothing will change that, it make a good place for a clan to get a good strong forum to run off of. If you dont like the idea, dont post in this thread

SEN Staff have been known to take days before coming up with a decision of allowing a new clan to be accepted. (Untill then be sure to read the Global Mod's oppinions.)

nah, I can make one, or if DarkArchon does it he'll make his own. But this is a verny nice template. Nice job! They should have one pinned so they can copy it for forum applications, would help for clans wanting to know what the restrictions and stuff you needed to apply for one. But its not like they want a bunch of clans on sen anyways!

the only reason SeN accepts clans is becuase we give stuff in return. they gives us forums we give them good maps, also us clans give advertisment about SeN so all starcraft people can learn how to make maps and be in a good community.
