One of the problems that I am having is i cant change the damage on seige tanks or goliaths. When I go to change the default settings, the place where you would put in the damage is unselectable, and the weapon name is not there, I am currently using SCMDraft2

I am also wondering how to change a neutral unit to a controlled unit, and back to neutral ( Ex. a marine walks up to a civilian and gains control, but as he is leading it away, he is killed, how does the civilian change back to neutral when a controlled presence isn't near)

The third problem I am having is setting up the Mission Briefing

The Final problem is how to start off a unit with 250 energy, and once it has its energy depleted to 0, to have killed

The tank and goliath turrets are actually seperate units, you can find them under the * category:

The only way to directly detect a unit's energy is with EUD conditions.

Don't use scmdraft's mission briefing editor. It's buggy and it doesn't work for most people, including me. Use Starforge's.

Note that changing the damage of tank/goliath turrets is erased back to default damage when you open a map in staredit/xtra, and changing the goliath/tank damage in xtra is erased back to default when opening the map with scmdraft or starforge.

For controlling nearby units, I would recommend centering a location on the civilian and if current player brings 0 marines to that location, the player loses control of the civv.
