Help! I am making an RPG, but when I test it, alot of the sprites dont show on the game screen. I have under 2048 sprites on my map. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

I have exactly 1149 sprites on my map.

Are they on unbuildable/unwalkable terrain?

Firstly, the tutorial is dead wrong. The sprite limit is not 1700, and it never was thought to be.

That is a list of the related limits to images/sprites/etc. Keep in mind that units take 2 from the "images" total, one for the unit, one for the shadow.

Most of them are on walk-able, or build-able terrain.

EDIT: DTBK if that is so, do all sprites have shadows? And if I have the shadows pass the whatever the number is sprite limit, would the shadow be deleted or the whole sprite?

Most things have shadows, but not everything.

You can't pass that sprite limit, that's the whole point.

If the number of any category of sprites on your map surpasses the limit, only a number of that category of sprites up to the limit will be created. Whenever it hits the limit, it will stop.
