Well, with the new patch, came the colors for each players name, reflecting their player status. (red types with a red name, blue with blue, ect.) Can you detect the characters for each color using EUD's, thus knowing which player typed what...
Talking in order the game: can't say something untill the person in front of you says something... Pretty lame, but I'm sure there are better ideas.
i think this'd be good for DND type maps. where the players wouldn't be able to talk to each other until the dungeon master allowed it.

you can just send a bunch of blank lines all the time then they cannot talk to each other, too.
what if the DD wanted to talk to them...
I have a better idea, lets say there are people on a bound map. What if red had control of the banner and said something like, ban purple, and it could detect that red said it. Then purple would be banned.
