Question 1: How would I make a bunker that is "invisble" with 4 marines in it already on the map and not like the tutorials where you have to make a supply and blah blah.. Also the marines can never unload.

Question 2: How can I enable the upgrades for upgrades 2 and beyond without having a science vesility? Because after upgrade 1, you would need a science vesility to upgrade the rest.

Although im not sure I'd say Q1 is impossible.

And to question 2. You mean engineering bay, armory or science vessel or are you just confused?
And how would you upgrade infantry if you had no engineering bay or tanks and goliaths and ships if you had no armory? The vessel has nothing to do with upgrades btw.

make a 1 height x 2 width location (location1). center location on the bunker.

Order 4 marines to go into the bunker.

Then do this.

Currentplayer, brings, atleast 4 marines, location1
--
dissable bunker for currentplayer


So.. all 4 marines can ONLY touch the location if they are in the bunker... kinda like they are stacking in the center of the bunker...

ADDITION:
Oh and you CAN'T have more than 1 upgrade with out a Science Facility Building. Just stack all player's facilities in a corner and dissable them so they aren't even noticed or something.

Is there a way to have them invisble or not even seen AT ALL. I got the 1st question done tHX

Put marines in the bunker, then move the bunker. It's as simple as that to make an "invisible" bunker.
If you want to make absolutely sure that the marines never ever come out of the bunker, disable it too.

If you start the players off at level 3 upgrades, they are able to upgrade to level 4 and beyond without the support building.
