Was just messing around with a crash scene, having a unit to be ordered to move from location to location. I had hypers on another player with no other triggers. I tried to make+kill hallucinated units for a gas leak and they did it like with no hypers. The color on that player was set to orange, but it was still red in game. And some text messages I put in didn't show up. help?

Could you please restate the problem using complete sentences?
Check your hypertriggers, is the preserve trigger at the bottom of the waits?
are the hypertriggers at the bottom of ur trigger list?
and do you have the hyper trigger copied 3 times?

Also the colors might be because you have random starting locations checked, uncheck it to make colors normal

The text messages may not have appeared if they are displayed after a sound and they are in the same trigger(unless its a transmition)

The text triggers are not placed after a sound. My hypers checked out good, at the end, three copies, preserve at bottom. Random starting locations is unchecked.

I stated the problem already. Text isn't showing in an "order" trigger, hypers are not working, the color on the first player is always red, never orange.

Are you using X-tra editor after you change the color? because it changes the colors back, I have no idea why your hypertriggers aren't working, just not enough information to know.

That's all the information there is. I'm using SCM Draft 2, and I'm only using a tiny bit of the map to test a crash sequence. You have a ship sitting there, then with trigs and locations, it goes from three locations to one in the center and explodes and creates a marine there. There are text messages in the order triggers. I have no idea what is wrong.

When I said not enough information I meant that I don't know whether you messed up triggers and you just don't realize so you dont give us the ifnormation.
Who is the text message going to? All players? or just one?

The text message is going to current player.

then put that trigger in the force or player slots in which humans play in. thats the only thing that would explain it. it doesnt just not display for no reason...

Make sure the text messages are set for Always Display, instead of Don't Always Display, if you have subtitles off.

FYI, all display text messages are for "current player".

Ahh. That solved the text messages. It doesn't solve the hypers and the coloring though.
