Hey this isn't really a map making question but I don't know where else to ask.
Basically I can't see any maps on my list under the letter R. I can see them in bnet but not in single player and LAN. I have checked the actual files and yes they are stilll there so what is the problem?
This isn't the first time it's happened to me btw and it happens to my friends too, though at different letters.
*EDIT* Oh and this is only in the 'downloads' folder all other folders work fine.

The folder only loads a certain number of maps. You have too many maps. Your only hope is to delete some of them are call upon an elite programmed to mod the game so that you can view more. When I had this problem, I sorted by file size and deleted all the tiny, useless test maps I had in my downloads folder.

I don't have any small maps I put them in a different folder. I guess i could just make another folder "downloads2" and put half of them in there?

Yea this happens to me. Say i make a map that is saved under the letter 'T'. Im certainly not going to be able to play it because it can only load a certain number of maps, like Desperado said.

Yeah I made different folders for different types of maps to lower the amount actually in 'download' so I could play maps starting with letters near the end of the alphabet.

At what number of maps does the limit hit? Because actually I have like 120 maps in download folder and I see them all.

I also had this problem. Solution: I clear up my map folder time after time so there are about 3-7 maps left. Only the best survive
