Hey, I made a test version of Lee Bound 2 and umm..I did something crazy on starforge with an scv. Problem is I want the effect for lee bound 3..but I don't know how I did it >.<

The way the scv is colourful..?

I wasn't looking for glowy..I knew it was about the health boxes...
This scv doesn't glow..

Only Zerg (maybe Protoss) units glow, if you do it on a Terran unit it gives the effect that you see in the picture you posted.

Put 1 in large box and 9 is small box for non-glowing units.

That's basically the concept talked about in the tutorials. A larger number in the small hp box than in the larger hp box.

Or you can use sprites to get really odd colored units, trust me
